Oliver Bearman, the young British racing star set to make his Formula 1 debut with Haas in 2025, has expressed his excitement about Lewis Hamilton’s impending move to Ferrari.
The seven-time world champion’s switch to the Scuderia is undoubtedly one of the biggest stories in recent F1 history, and Bearman believes it could be a game-changer for the Italian team.
“Hamilton brings a wealth of experience and a proven winning mentality,” Bearman said. “It’s going to be incredible to watch him in a Ferrari.”
The young driver, who has been part of the Ferrari Driver Academy since 2021, sees Hamilton’s arrival as a unique opportunity to learn and grow. “I hope to soak up as much knowledge as possible from him,” he added.
Bearman’s admiration for Ferrari runs deep. “It’s a dream for any racing driver to drive for Ferrari,” he said. “The brand is synonymous with success and has a rich history in the sport.”
With Hamilton joining the team, Bearman’s path to a potential future with Ferrari becomes even more intriguing. “It’s a massive honour to be the youngest Ferrari driver ever,” he said, “and I’m determined to make the most of this opportunity.”
